Fare Assistance
There are agencies within Cortland County that offer fare assistance, tokens, to users of their programs.

Cover fare for routes 1-4

Cover partial fare for remaining routes and will need to use two tokens
Red, White or Blue tokens

Cover fare for routes 5, 6, 8-13

Can be used on all routes except 7
Green or Purple tokens

DSS has several programs that offer tokens for Cortland Transit:

Pre-Employment program within Temporary Assistance

Homeless (housed in motel)

Adult Services or Family and Children Services, given at the discretion of the social worker.
